Following a global rebrand, the Australian and New Zealand (ANZ) network engaged emd:digital to lead the digital transformation of their regional presence - a large-scale initiative to unify their member firms under one digital framework while maintaining the independence and identity of each firm.

Overview

UHY Haines Norton ANZ required a comprehensive website ecosystem to roll out the new global brand across the region. The goal was to establish a consistent digital identity that reflected the brand’s credibility and scale - while enabling each of the nine member firms across Australia and New Zealand to manage and optimise their own localised web presence.

At the centre of the project was the parent ANZ website, designed to showcase the network’s collective expertise, regional footprint, and service offering. Supporting it were nine interconnected member firm websites, each tailored to reflect the unique team, culture, and market focus of the individual firm.

Objective

emd:digital partnered with UHY Haines Norton ANZ to create a scalable Webflow ecosystem integrating a parent ANZ site with nine interconnected member firm sites. Powered by Airtable as a single source of truth, the platform delivers consistent service content and branding across the network while allowing each firm to manage its own local content, SEO, and analytics. Featuring an interactive map and modular CMS framework, the result is a unified, future-ready digital ecosystem that strengthens UHY Haines Norton’s regional presence and empowers each firm with local independence.

The Solution

A scalable Webflow ecosystem that unified the network’s digital presence across Australia and New Zealand. The project included a parent ANZ website and nine interconnected member firm sites, each hosted on subdomains to provide a consistent user experience while allowing firms to manage their own analytics, content, and SEO.

Integrated with Airtable as a single source of truth, the platform centralises all service lines and capabilities to ensure accuracy and consistency across every site. A modular CMS framework enables each firm to personalise its site with team profiles, client stories, and local insights, while maintaining alignment with UHY International’s global brand.

An interactive map highlights all firm locations, visually reinforcing the network’s national reach. The result is a cohesive, future-ready digital ecosystem that streamlines content management, enhances brand consistency, and empowers each firm with local autonomy.
